Machining centers are made with a monolithic casting bed body using high-strength, low-stress materials, ensuring strong rigidity and high stability.

The workbench is supported by flat and V-shaped sliding guides, ensuring smooth, low-speed operation without crawling.

The abrasive wheel feeding mechanism features a double-V type preloadable cross steel guide rail, offering high precision, excellent rigidity, and good responsiveness.

Both axes are driven by servo motors with ball screw leadscrews. The system utilizes the Guangshu CNC system (optional FANUC or Siemens), offering robust programming capabilities, enabling interpolation and linkage functions.

The abrasive wheel spindle is equipped with a high-power, high-rigidity electric abrasive wheel shaft, powered by a static variable frequency drive.

Standard with φ165 three-jaw self-centering chuck, various special clamps are also available for selection.
