The track surfaces are treated to reduce friction after plastic coating and then milled on high-precision track grinding machines, offering excellent feeding accuracy and responsiveness.

The abrasive wheel feeding mechanism guide rail uses a double V-shaped preloadable cross steel guide rail, which features high rigidity and excellent follow-up performance.

The reciprocating shaft of the workbench and the abrasive wheel feed shaft are directly driven by an AC servo motor through a reducer and a coupling, in the form of a high-precision ball screw.
