Our MK28 series, developed by our company, is a multi-axis linkage vertical CNC grinder. Under certain configurations, it can achieve the machining of various special surfaces such as the inner and outer circles, end faces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, and multi-level holes of parts in a single clamping.

Machine tools feature a layout with the beam moving horizontally, the headstock fixed on the beam and reciprocating vertically.

Machine tools use imported high-precision lead screws, linear guideways are equipped with imported high-precision roller guideways, and vibration damping units are optional.

The indexing table features variable speed control and employs an auto-feedback closed-loop static pressure structure.

The reciprocating grinding frame mechanism achieves gravity balance through a balanced oil cylinder, and can prevent the grinding frame from falling even after power interruption during operation.

Standard equipment includes a T-slot chuck, with optional electromagnetic chuck and various clamps.

Machine tools primarily use high-precision guideway grinding machines for machining main surfaces. All major castings of the machine tools are treated with aging processes, effectively removing machining stresses, ensuring precision and stability of the machine tools.

The machine tool features a simple and elegant design, with a floor-standing integrated housing, clear view windows, and a step-ladder handrail for easy access and use.

Main Application:

Primarily used for grinding deep holes, large disc sleeves, and box-like parts, capable of completing all surface grinding in a single setup. Particularly suitable for mass production of hydraulic cylinders, gears, bearings, boxes, and disc-type components.
