Rush Trend Float Switch, precisely tackling the challenges of liquid level monitoring in highly corrosive, high purity, and high-temperature media, providing customers with real-time and reliable liquid level height monitoring and feedback solutions.
The core working principle is based on magnetic induction technology: within a sealed metal or plastic rod, preset one or more reed switches; the rod passes through one or more hollow float balls, which house circular magnets. These magnets are fixed in place by a ring, limiting them within the induction range of the magnetic reed switches. As the liquid level changes and moves the float ball, the internal magnet triggers the reed switch to action, thereby achieving precise control and indication of the liquid level.
The level gauge excels in both performance and material quality:
Wide Temperature Adaptability: Media temperature tolerance ranges from -40℃ to 120℃, suitable for high-temperature operating conditions.
Stable and Pressure-resistant: Nominal pressure ≤ 0.2 MPa, ensuring safe operation under sealed environments.
- Reliable electrical parameters: Contact capacity of AC70VA, DC50W, maximum switching current of 0.5 A, maximum load current of 1A, maximum working voltage ranging from 240VAC to 200VDC, catering to various circuit compatibility.
- Highly Corrosion-Resistant Material: The ball is made of PFA material, capable of withstanding various highly corrosive mediums, ensuring long-term stable operation.
