The silver-coated copper electromagnetic wave shielding paint is a conductive lacquer made by Shenzhen Xinsengfeng Technology Co., Ltd. from excellent conductive silver-coated copper powder. It is a single-component paint that saves labor and time, is convenient, has good adhesion, is smooth, has strong cohesion, and contains no loose particles. It is suitable for the interior coating of shells for mobile phones, calculators, precision instruments, etc., based on metal and composite materials. After drying and curing, the paint layer maintains stable performance and is suitable for mass production in single-piece spray factories. Additionally, it only requires a thin layer of application to achieve excellent conductive properties.
Product Nature:
Conductive materials: Copper, silver particles
Color: Silver-Copper (similar to silver white)
Solid Content (%): 38±2
Density (g/cm²): 1.1 ± 0.05
Viscosity: 8-16s (4 cups, 25℃)
Resistance: <0.05 Ohms/15μm dry film
Theoretical Spraying Area: 5-8 m²/kg
Shelf Life: The original drum can be stored for 6 months
Diluent: BL-333
Diluent: Alcohol
Standard Packaging: Net Weight 4 kg
Blending and dilution:
It's easy to mix evenly; shake for 5 minutes with an oil shaker, and it's considered well-mixed only when there's no sediment at the bottom of the bucket (especially when mixing by hand). Use the BL-338 diluent with a dilution ratio of 1:0.7 (by volume).
Spraying Method:
This paint can be applied using traditional spray equipment, or with more advanced low-pressure, high-volume spray systems for better results and paint savings. Additionally, it can be applied using fully automated robotic arms.
The coating film should have a thickness of 15μm after curing to ensure sufficient anti-interference capability. However, depending on the actual anti-interference requirements of the user, the coating can be slightly thinner. It is essential to prevent dry spray during application, as dry spray can lead to inadequate adhesion and a rough surface of the coating film.
The surface of the sprayed parts must be clean and dry.
Dry:
Air-dried at 25°C. Surface dry in 5 minutes, completely dry in 2 hours.
Drying:
Drying for 30 minutes at 65℃ - completely dry, resistance obtained after placing for 1 hour post-drying.
Conductive Paint Features:
1) Excellent electromagnetic wave shielding effect and conductivity.
2) Excellent adhesion to plastic substrates such as ABS, ABS+PC, PC, HIPS, PS, etc.
3) Directly dilute with oil diluent; higher dilution ratio, reduced customer costs, meets EU standards.
4) Excellent wear resistance, high and low temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, and operability
5) Excellent film-forming properties, no powdering, and hard, durable coating
