Pure silver conductive paint is a coating material made from silver particles by Shenzhen Xinsengfeng Technology Co., Ltd. It is designed to prevent electromagnetic interference and is suitable for the inner walls of shells for mobile phones, calculators, precision instruments, etc., based on metals and composite materials. This single-component paint is labor and time-saving, convenient, has good adhesion, flatness, strong cohesion, and no loose particles. After drying and curing, the paint layer maintains stable performance and is ideal for production lines that require both single-item and batch spraying. Additionally, it only requires a thin layer of application to achieve excellent conductive properties.
Product Nature:
Conductive Material: Silver Particles
Binder: Thermoplastic Material (As Received in Original Drum)
Solid Content (%): 40±2
Theoretical Coverage Area: 4 m²/kg
Shelf Life: The original drum can be stored for 6 months.
Volatile Components: Approximately 612.12g/kg (when spraying)
Recommended Coating Thickness: 10 to 15 μm (Dry Film)
Conductivity: 0.015 Ω/cm²/15 μm
Electromagnetic Noise Attenuation: 70 dB
Diluent: Alcohol
Mixing and diluting:
It's easy to mix evenly; shake for 5 minutes with an oil shaker, and it's considered well-mixed only when there's no sediment at the bottom of the drum (especially when mixing by hand). Please use the BL-338 thinner with a dilution ratio of 1:0.5 (by volume).
Spray Method:
This paint can be applied using traditional spray equipment, or with more advanced low-pressure, high-output equipment for better results and paint savings. It can also be used with an automatic robotic arm for spraying.
The coating film should have a thickness of 15μm after curing to ensure sufficient anti-interference capability. However, depending on the actual anti-interference requirements of the user, the coating can be slightly thinner. It is essential to prevent dry spray during application, as dry spray can result in insufficient adhesion and a rough finish of the coating film.
The surface of the sprayed parts must be clean and dry.
Curing:
After spraying, allow to air dry for 5 minutes, then heat to 71℃ (1600°F)
