The silver-coated copper electromagnetic wave shielding paint, manufactured by Shenzhen Xinshengfeng Technology Co., Ltd., is a conductive lacquer made from excellent conductive silver-coated copper powder. It is a one-component product that saves labor and time, offering convenience, good adhesion, smoothness, strong cohesion, and no loose particles. It can be used as a spraying material for the inner walls of shells for mobile phones, calculators, precision instruments, etc., based on metal and composite materials. After drying and curing, the paint layer maintains stable performance and is suitable for production lines that handle both single pieces and batch spraying. Moreover, it only requires a thin layer of application to achieve excellent conductive properties.

Blend and Dilute
It's easy to mix evenly; just shake it with an oil shaker for 5 minutes, and it's ready. Check that there's no sediment at the bottom of the bucket to ensure it's well mixed (especially when mixing by hand). Use the BL-338 diluent with a dilution ratio of 1:0.7 (by volume).
Spray Method:
This paint can be applied using traditional spraying equipment, or with more advanced low-pressure, high-volume sprayers for better results and paint savings. Additionally, it can be applied using an automatic robotic arm.
The coating film should have a thickness of 15μm after curing to ensure sufficient interference resistance. However, depending on the actual requirements of the user in terms of interference resistance, the film can be slightly thinner. It is essential to prevent dry spraying during application, as it can lead to insufficient adhesion and a rough surface of the coating film.
The surface of the spray parts must be clean and dry.
Dry:
Air-dried at 25°C. Surface dry in 5 minutes, fully dry in 2 hours.
Drying:
Dried for 30 minutes at 65℃ to achieve complete dryness; after drying, leaving it for 1 hour will yield good resistance.
Conductive paint features:
1) Excellent electromagnetic wave shielding effect and conductive properties.
2) Excellent adhesion on plastic substrates such as ABS, ABS+PC, PC, HIPS, PS, etc.
3) Directly dilute with oil thinner; higher dilution ratio reduces customer costs and complies with EU standards.
4) Excellent wear resistance, high/low temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, and operability
5) Excellent film-forming properties, no powdering, hard and durable coating
