The silver-coated copper electromagnetic wave shielding paint is a conductive lacquer made by Shenzhen Xinshengfeng Technology Co., Ltd. from excellent conductive silver-coated copper powder. It is a one-component paint that saves labor, time, and effort, offering good adhesion, evenness, cohesion, and is free of loose particles. Suitable for the inner wall coating materials of casings for mobile phones, calculators, precision instruments, etc., based on metals and composite materials. After drying and curing, the paint layer maintains stable performance and is suitable for single-piece and batch spraying production lines. Additionally, it only requires a thin layer of application to achieve excellent conductive properties.

Solid Component (%): 38±2
Density (g/cm²): 1.1 ± 0.05
Viscosity: 8-16s (4 cups, 25℃)
Resistance: <0.05 ohms/15μm dry film
Theoretical Spraying Coverage: 5-8 m²/kg
Shelf Life: Original barrel - 6 months
Diluent: BL-333
Diluent: Alcohol
Standard Packaging: Net Weight 4 kg
Blending and dilution:
Easily mixed, just shake with an oil shaker for 5 minutes, and it's ready. Ensure the bottom of the drum is free of sediment to confirm it's well mixed (especially when mixing by hand). Use the BL-338 thinner with a dilution ratio of 1:0.7 (by volume).
Spray Method:
This paint can be applied using traditional spray equipment, or with more advanced low-pressure, high-volume spray systems for better results and paint savings. It can also be used with fully automated robotic arms for spraying.
The coating film should have a thickness of 15μm after curing for sufficient anti-interference capability. However, depending on the actual anti-interference requirements of the user, the film can be slightly thinner. It is necessary to prevent dry spraying during application, as it can lead to insufficient adhesion and roughness in the coating film.
The surface of the spray part must be clean and dry.
Dry:
Air-dried at 25°C. Surface dry in 5 minutes, completely dry in 2 hours.
Drying:
Dried for 30 minutes at 65°C - completely dry. After drying, placing it for 1 hour will yield good resistance.
Conductive paint features:
1) Excellent electromagnetic wave shielding effect and conductive properties.
2) Excellent adhesion on plastic substrates such as ABS, ABS+PC, PC, HIPS, PS, etc.
3) Directly dilute with oil solvent; higher dilution ratio reduces customer costs and meets EU standards.
4) Excellent wear resistance, high/low temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, and operability
5) Excellent film-forming properties, no powdering, and hard-wearing paint film
