B-605 Silver-coated Copper Conductive Coating

Product Description: B-605 is a conductive lacquer from Xin Sheng Feng Technology, made of highly conductive silver-coated copper. It is single-component, labor-saving, time-saving, convenient, has good adhesion, smoothness, strong cohesion, and is free of loose particles. Suitable for the interior coating of shells for mobile phones, calculators, precision instruments, medical devices, etc. based on plastics and composite materials. After drying and curing, the lacquer layer maintains stable performance and is suitable for mass production in single-piece or batch spraying factories.

Usage Instructions:

Surface Treatment for Spray Parts: The base material must be clean and dry, free of oil stains and release agents. Clean or soak the surface of the equipment with alcohol or a specialized solvent.

Stirring and Dilution: Thoroughly stir before use to ensure even mixing and no sediment. No dilution is required for normal use. If dilution is needed, use NEK or our company's (diluent BL-333) to dilute to the required working viscosity. Recommended dilution ratio: oil 2 parts, diluent 1 part (2:1).

Spray: W-71 Spray Gun, Tip Size 0.5 – 2mm

Nozzle and object distance: 100 – 200mm

Spray Pressure: 0.4 – 0.6 MPa

Flow rate: 2-4; Film thickness: 15-25μm

Anti-settling operation: Small parts require a back spray once every 2-3 sprays, and oil must be stirred once every 3-4 back sprays.

Large workpieces require a gun return after every 1st spray, and oil mixing must be performed after every 4-5 gun returns.

Dry: Natural drying at 25°C, surface dry in 5 minutes / actual dry in 2 hours

Drying at 65℃ for 20 minutes, followed by a 1-hour rest after drying will yield good resistance.
