The silver-coated copper electromagnetic shielding paint, produced by Shenzhen Xinshengfeng Technology Co., Ltd., is a conductive paint made from superior conductive silver-coated copper powder. It is a single-component product that saves labor, time, and effort, offering good adhesion, evenness, cohesion, and no loose particles. It is suitable for interior wall coatings of shell bodies for mobile phones, calculators, precision instruments, etc., based on metals and composite materials. After drying and curing, the paint layer maintains stable performance and is suitable for production lines that handle both single pieces and batch spraying. Moreover, just a thin layer is needed for excellent conductive properties.

Theoretical Spraying Coverage: 5-8 m²/kg
Shelf Life: The original barrel can be stored for 6 months
Diluent: BL-333
Diluent: Alcohol
Standard Packaging: Net Weight 4 kg
Blending and dilution:
It's easy to mix evenly; just shake for 5 minutes with a shake oil machine, and it's considered well-mixed only when there's no sediment at the bottom of the bucket (especially when mixing by hand). Please use the BL-338 thinner with a dilution ratio of 1:0.7 (by volume).
Spray Method:
This paint can be applied using traditional spray equipment, or with more advanced low-pressure, high-volume spray systems for better results and paint savings. Additionally, it can be applied using fully automated robotic arms.
The coating film should have a thickness of 15μm upon drying for sufficient anti-interference capability. However, depending on the actual anti-interference requirements of the user, the coating can be slightly thinner. It is essential to prevent dry spraying during application, as it can lead to inadequate adhesion and roughness in the coating film.
The surface of the spraying part must be clean and dry.
Dry:
Air-dried at 25°C. Surface dry in 5 minutes, fully dry in 2 hours.
Drying:
Dried for 30 minutes at 65℃ - completely dry; after drying, leaving it to rest for 1 hour yields good resistance.
Conductive Paint Features:
1) Excellent electromagnetic wave shielding effect and conductive properties.
2) Excellent adhesion on plastic substrates such as ABS, ABS+PC, PC, HIPS, PS, etc.
3) Directly dilute with oil-stripping water; higher dilution ratio, reducing customer costs, and compliant with EU standards.
4) Excellent wear resistance, high/low temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, and operability
5) Excellent film-forming properties, no powdering, and hard, durable finish
