Metallic nickel conductive coatings are the pride of our Xinshengfeng Technology conductive coatings line. Mixed with acrylic plastic thinned paste, this product offers enduring anti-electromagnetic interference protection for electronic devices, boasts excellent conductivity, and is highly stable in nature.
Product Characteristics:
Conductive Materials: Nickel Metal
Binder: Acrylic Plastic (as received in original drum)
Solid Content (%): 59.5
Diluent (Oil-Opening Water): BL-333
Theoretical Coverage Area: 5m²/kg
Volume of Solid Components (%): 25.3
Shelf Life: Up to 6 months in the original can
Volatile Components: Approximately 430g/kg
Conductivity: <2Ω/cm²/20μm

Spray Quality: The conductivity of the spray film is the primary quality indicator for this product, and it must be measured after the spray film has completely dried. A digital LCD resistance meter should be used, which helps to obtain more accurate data and is conducive to quality control.
Product Characteristics:
Smooth spraying surface, easy to mix and blend
Stable performance in both temperature difference cycle tests and high-temperature humid environment tests (the temperature difference cycle tests range from -40℃ to 71℃, and the high-temperature humid environment tests are conducted in a 49℃ environment with 95% humidity).
Wear-resistant (resistance value only slightly increases)
Easy to operate, naturally dry
The decorative coating can be applied on top of the B-901 coating without affecting its electromagnetic wave shielding capability or the performance of the decorative coating itself.
Affordable, low coating cost
Matches common plastic on the market, no rot and leak parts
Stable nature, every batch maintains consistent quality
Standard Packaging: Net Weight 4 kg
The quality of coating: The conductivity of the coated film is the primary quality indicator for our product. During measurement, the coating must be completely dry and solid. A digital LCD resistor meter should be used, as this helps obtain more accurate data, which is beneficial for quality control.
Stirring and diluting:
Before use, shake this B-901 (B-6901) evenly with a shake oil machine. For dilution, please dilute at a ratio of 1:5 (by volume).
Spray Method:
The B-901 can be sprayed using a standard airless spray equipment with a spiral agitator, or even with a simple oil壶hand spray gun during the trial stage, but it must be well-mixed. To ensure the electronic product's sufficient anti-interference capability, the coating thickness should also be adequate, such as having a dry film thickness of 20 to 25 µm. Additionally, be mindful not to have dry spray during application; the spray surface should appear moist and even immediately after application. This ensures good adhesion and conductivity.
The conductivity of the coated film is the primary quality indicator for our product. It is essential that the coated film is fully cured before measurement. A digital, LCD display ohmmeter should be used to ensure more accurate data and facilitate quality control.
The surface of the spray parts must be clean and dry.
Curing:
B-901 dries quickly, becoming touchable by hand in an air-conditioned, dehumidified room in about 5 minutes, and it takes 30 minutes to bake at 40°C.
