Product Tag Requirements
1. Verify the accuracy of the product labels
2. Shipment labels for LCL (Less than Container Load) goods should be made of durable material, with content and specifications adhering to a unified format. Each item should have two labels, one affixed and the other securely fastened at each end of the packaging. For items that are not suitable for pasting or nailing, a hanger method can be used.
3. To ensure the safe transportation of goods, different shipping marks are required based on the nature of the goods, and the graphic symbols must comply with the provisions of the "National Standard - Graphic Symbols for Packaging and Freight." Hazardous loose cargo must also use the hazardous goods packaging symbol.
4. The original old shipping tags or markings on the shipment that are unrelated to this batch must be removed or erased by the shipper.

Loss or damage to goods occurring during the carrier's responsibility period, including incidents of rain damage, contamination, shortage, destruction, or theft (hereinafter referred to as "goods loss"), shall be compensated by the carrier as follows:
One, compensation for goods loss includes the price of the goods, freight charges, and other miscellaneous expenses. The compensation amount for goods is based on the actual loss of the goods. Total loss (including scrapping, etc.) is fully compensated; partial loss is partially compensated; if the goods can be repaired, compensation is made based on the repair costs plus the shipping costs for repair; if the goods cannot be repaired but can still be used, compensation is made based on the reduced value of the goods due to the loss.
Two, for the carriage of goods with declared value, compensation is based on the declared value. If the actual loss is less than the declared value, compensation is based on the actual loss.
Section 3: In the event that goods are returned after compensation due to shortage, they should be returned to the shipper or consignee, and the full or partial compensation amount should be reclaimed.
Four, in case of loss compensation before the goods are dispatched, the collected freight will be refunded; if the goods are damaged upon arrival and are still usable after partial compensation, the freight will not be refunded; if a full compensation is made, the collected freight will be refunded; if the goods are lost due to traffic accidents or other reasons during transit and cannot reach the destination, the freight for the incomplete segment should be refunded.
