Application:

The QXB type centrifugal submersible aeration pump is used in aeration ponds and aeration sand settlers of wastewater treatment plants. It provides aeration and mixing for the mixture of wastewater sludge, as well as for biochemical treatment of wastewater or aeration enhancement in fish ponds.

Principle:

The QXB type centrifugal submersible aeration pump features a direct-drive structure. The rotating impeller generates a centrifugal force in the water, creating a low-pressure area around the impeller. Air is then drawn in through the intake pipe, mixed with the water in the mixing plate, and finally, the well-mixed, uniform mixture is automatically ejected from around the exhaust outlet.

This process involves several aspects: the air and water mixed in the mixing dish produce a gas-liquid mixing effect, the gas-liquid mixture discharged from the outlet forms a circulation and convection; the high-speed movement of oxygen molecules within a large number of air molecules achieves a good oxygen absorption efficiency.
