Application Instructions: DeberLion 190 is a high molecular weight block copolymer solution containing pigment affinity groups.

VOC- and solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent for water-based paint systems, inks, and adhesives. Standard additive for resin-free pigment concentrate. Suitable for various pigments.

Physical Properties: Active Ingredient: 40%

Characteristics and Advantages: The pigment is deflocculated through steric stabilization, resulting in fine particle sizes for high luster and enhanced color intensity. Moreover, the transparency of transparent pigments and the opacity of opaque pigments are improved. Due to reduced viscosity, flow properties are improved, and the pigment content can be increased.

Usage and Dosage: Dosage of the additive is based on:

Inorganic Pigments: 20-30%

Titanium Dioxide: 10-12%

Organic Pigments: 30-75%

Carbon Black: 130-150%

The recommended addition amounts above are for reference only; the exact addition amount requires determination through a series of tests.

Method of Addition and Processing Guidance: Grinding can only be done in water (excluding resins, amines, and solubilizers). Mix the additives with water, and then add the pigment only after the additives are fully dispersed and uniform.
