DeBaLion TI Dehydration Agent

Application Instructions: DebLion TI Dehydrating Agent is a high-reactive, low-viscosity polyfunctional ester compound. It reacts with water or substances containing active hydrogen atoms. Through this reaction, it can eliminate trace amounts of moisture in the system, thereby solving problems such as bloating, dark bubbles, pinholes in the paint film, and pimples in the preparation of polyurethane paints and adhesives.

Features and Advantages: Debeylion TI desiccant reacts rapidly with water, effectively removing moisture from materials.

Prevent issues such as increased material viscosity, tank expansion, gelation, pinholes in paint film, and pimples due to high water content in hardeners, paint liquids, solvents, etc.

In the silver powder paint system, if the moisture content is too high, it will react with the aluminum metal.HydrogenBulging may occur, resulting in the blackening of the aluminum-silver paste. Adding this product can resolve this issue.

Resolved issues such as expansion and dark bubbles in the preparation of polyurethane paint and adhesives due to moisture.

Usage: May be added at any stage of the painting process, but it must be thoroughly mixed.

When diluting the hardener, first add Debey狮TI desiccant to the solvent and mix thoroughly.

Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes, allowing for thorough dehydration before mixing with the hardener to enhance its curing properties.

Storage stability.

Addition amount: 0.5% to 4% of the total formula.
