Many customers have inquired about the processing technology for PE tanks. Due to the varying methods used by different manufacturers, we have provided the following knowledge explanation for this issue:
1. The structure, diameter, and length should comply with the requirements of the rotational molding main machine process.
2. The foundation for PE tanks must possess adequate overall stability, uniformity, and sufficient flat flexural rigidity.
3. The brackets, legs, and horizontal supports should be焊接 only after the plastic lining has been processed evenly.
4. The rigidity of the foundation structure just below the can wall should be enhanced. The bedding supporting the bottom plate should be flexible to absorb welding deformation. It is advisable to install a waterproof and oil-separation layer, as well as an oil-leakage signal pipe.
5. The distance between the groundwater level and the surface of the PE storage tank foundation must not be less than the height that capillary water can reach (usually 2 meters).
