Product Introduction:
Heavy-duty steel plate electromagnet lifting devices are specifically designed for hoisting medium to thick plates and wide steel plates. Due to the potential for bending and deformation of long steel plates during lifting, which could affect safe hoisting, we typically use multiple lifting units when handling such steel plates. Based on the specifications of the steel plates (length, width, thickness) and the crane's lifting capacity, we select lifting electromagnets of different sizes.
During the joint lifting operation, the following measures should be taken: Firstly, the connection between the beam and the lifting electromagnetic iron employs a special adaptive mechanism; secondly, for steel plates with a thickness less than 20mm, use small-tonnage, multi-point arrangement, and place two units along the width of the steel plate to minimize the effect of unevenness on the plates, reduce the working air gap, and enhance the suction; thirdly, implement magnetic field control to ensure that only one steel plate is lifted at a time.
