Medium-thickness steel plate lifting electromagnet lifting equipment is specifically designed for lifting medium-thickness and wide-thickness plates. Due to the potential for bending and deformation in the lifting of long steel plates, which may affect safe lifting, we typically use multi-machine lifting when handling such steel plates. Depending on the specifications of the steel plates (length, width, thickness) and the crane's lifting capacity, we select different specifications of lifting electromagnets.
During the linkage operation, the following measures should be taken: 1) The connection between the beam and the lifting electromagnetic iron uses a special adaptive mechanism; 2) For steel plates with a thickness less than 20mm, use small tonnage and multi-point arrangement, and place two units in the width direction of the steel plate to minimize the impact of unevenness on the steel plate, reduce the working air gap, and increase the suction force; 3) Employ magnetic field control to ensure that only one steel plate is lifted at a time.
