1. Instrument Overview
The instrument adopts new materials and processes, with excellent mechanical and optical performance and stable and accurate hardware acquisition circuit, making the whole machine reach the international advanced level of similar products.
The DF-UV-NIR-5500J series products are mainly used for measuring the optical properties of solid, thin film materials, chemical liquid materials, and powder and ink samples in terms of transmission, reflection, and diffuse reflection. They are mainly used in research institutes of higher education institutions.
2. Instrument features
The instrument adopts a low stray light, high-resolution, dual beam C-T monochromator structure design, and has good stability, reproducibility, and accurate measurement readings.
Adopting dual light source, deuterium lamp and tungsten lamp light sources have longer service life and better stability.
Control system: using computers for automatic control (grating rotation, filter conversion, receiver conversion, wavelength scanning, etc.), automatic calibration upon startup, and automatic completion of data acquisition and processing.
The optical system design adopts three gratings and three detectors to reduce interference, improve the optical performance of various bands, and achieve full coverage of the spectral range of ultraviolet visible and near-infrared bands.
The integral sphere attachment adopts PTFE coating, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene, which has excellent diffuse reflection characteristics and is close to an ideal diffuse reflector.
Measurement of solid and liquid transmittance, measurement of specular reflectance of solid samples, and measurement of diffuse reflectance samples.
Transmitting accessories can measure the transmittance and absorbance of liquids and solids.
Relative reflection attachments can achieve mirror reflection of solid samples.
The small sample attachment needs to be used in conjunction with the transmission attachment, specifically for measuring the transmittance and absorbance of small samples.
3. Meet national standards
This instrument complies with the national metrological verification regulation JJG 178-2007 "Metrological Verification Regulation for Ultraviolet, Visible, and Near Infrared Spectrophotometers".
This instrument measures the transmittance, reflectance, and absorbance of substances using spectrophotometry, with a wavelength range of 185nm to 3300nm.
