Detailed introduction:
Clean board storage and handling
Inorganic pre coated boards should be kept in their original packaging as much as possible before installation and should be stored indoors. If stacked outdoors, the stacking location should be flat, without water accumulation, and there should be no lifting equipment or heavy objects passing over. The boards should be elevated by 20cm with wooden pads, and soft materials should be placed between boards. Boards of the same model should be placed together, and each stack of boards should have easily recognizable board type labels and covered with rainproof oilcloth. Temporary fences should be set up in the stacking area to prevent unnecessary damage to the boards caused by personnel walking around.
Clean board installation
The installation of inorganic pre coated boards generally uses movable scaffolding. When ensuring the load-bearing capacity of the construction scaffolding, consideration should also be given to:
(1) The distance between the curtain wall, work surface, and axis;
(2) Compare the distance and position of control points with the reference plane, paying attention to visibility;
(3) Compare with the reference plane to find the spacing between installation angles;
(4) The horizontal difference between the control elevation;
(5) The vertical distance from the building and the distance from each floor.
When transporting inorganic pre coated boards, both ends should be lifted simultaneously to avoid damaging the surface oxide film or coating. When installing wall panels, only one panel can be lifted at a time, and the manufacturer's special fixture should be used to lift the wall panels at 2 points at the joint in the length direction of the wall panels. The lifting process should be carried out slowly and controlled with wind ropes to avoid collision with the installed wall panels. The protruding parts of the scaffold should be wrapped with soft materials.
