The nozzle is made of stainless steel and precision machined. The ultrasonic spray wave atomizes the spray, and the average atomized particles are less than
10 microns, also known as micron level dry mist dust suppression nozzle. There are three kinds of spray angles: 80 degrees, 60 degrees and 30 degrees.
There are two installation methods: ordinary installation and thin-walled installation. The dimensions for thin-walled installation are
M20*1.5mm, The air inlet is 1/4 and the water inlet is 1/8. It can also be customized according to customer requirements.

Ultrasonic atomization nozzle, the atomization process is divided into two stages. In the first stage, the liquid is mixed with compressed air to produce small atomized droplets that are sprayed out of the nozzle. When the atomized droplets hit the ultrasonic generator at the front end of the nozzle, they immediately atomize into smaller droplets, which is called the second stage.
In fact, the advantage is that the front end of the nozzle is equipped with a specially designed ultrasonic generator, which uses the energy of high-speed fluid impact on metal to make the ultrasonic generator vibrate with high frequency and micro atomize the atomized droplets again. This subtle design can not only produce extremely small atomized particles, but also produce more uniform and consistent spray particle size and better atomization effect compared with the general two fluid nozzles.
