1、 Product Introduction
Light cured protective cover, also known as: light cured cover, photosensitive fiberglass prepreg tape, light cured fiberglass prepreg tape. In addition, the product has been widely used for joint coating of ordinary buried pipelines, joint coating of crossing pipelines, overall wrapping of crossing pipelines, outer protection of anti-corrosion pipes in rock sections, and outer protection of steel piles at the seaside.
2、 Product Features
The photopolymerization protective tape is made using fabric felt composite weaving reinforced fiber technology, epoxy polyurethane photosensitive resin technology, surface dispersion strengthening technology, extrusion dipping technology, embedded overlap without hollow drum wrapping technology, and flexible epoxy bottom adhesive bonding technology. Therefore, the product has the following characteristics:
① High strength, high rigidity, and strong resistance to deformation. The tensile strength of the cured protective cover after construction reaches 300MPa, and the anti deformation load reaches 360N/5mm.
② High toughness and crack resistance. In the three-point bending test after curing, the light cured protective cover can achieve a bending of 3 ° without cracking.
③ Has high adhesion to 3PE and FBE. When used in conjunction with epoxy primer, the photopolymerization protective cover can achieve a bonding strength of 17MPa to steel; Achieve 11MPa for FBE coating; Achieve 7MPa for 3PE coating.
④ High surface hardness. The hardness of the photopolymerization protective cover after curing reaches 90 Shore D.
⑤ No hollow drum overlap, overall coverage. The product is produced using double-layer staggered edge technology, and the protective layer can completely eliminate the hollow area at the circumferential overlap, and achieve four sided bonding for head to head overlap.
⑥ High shrinkage rate. After curing, the photopolymerization protective cover has a shrinkage rate of up to 3%.
