Product Introduction
HA-soft80 is a non-ionic AC high molecular weight copolymer of polyethylene, formed into an emulsion through high-pressure blending with special surface-active agents and unique formulations. This non-toxic, odorless, and non-corrosive non-ionic emulsion is easily soluble in water, boasts excellent acid and alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance, compatibility with resins, and is resistant to stratification and aggregation. The composition of this emulsion is consistent, with good chemical stability and does not stratify over time. It is primarily used for the smoothing and wrinkle-resistant finishing of cotton, polyester-cotton, medium to long fiber fabrics, etc. It particularly improves the sewability of fabrics, preventing the formation of needle holes. After treatment, the fabric feels soft, has good elasticity, and enhances the crease recovery angle.

Performance and Features
1. This product is suitable for use in water-based paint systems and as a finish, varnish, for floors, leather, furniture, automobiles, and paper products.
2. Widely applicable in the production of water-based inks, liquid shoe polishes, metal release agents, and more.
3. Used in the man-made board industry. Replacing paraffin waterproofing agents with emulsified wax in particleboard and fiberboard production can significantly reduce costs.
4. Replacing rosin gum with emulsified wax in the paper industry not only improves the quality of paper but also reduces production costs.
5. Used in agriculture, as a preservative for fruits and vegetables to prevent their aging, dehydration, frost damage, and sunburn from causing harmful effects. After harvesting flowers, soak them in water, then treat with emulsified wax to extend their lifespan.
6. Emulsified wax can be used as a lubricant in ceramic production, as a finish for plastic products, and as a polishing agent for automobiles.
7. Excellent release agents for polyurethane and other specialized industries.
8. Adding to leather finishers enhances the waxiness and luster of leather; when mixed with colorants, it also serves as a leveling agent and prevents the coating from becoming sticky upon heating.
9. This product boasts excellent heat stability and does not discolor. In the textile industry, it is primarily used as a softener and sizing aid. Widely applied in the finishing processes of涤/棉,涤/粘(腈), cotton, and pure fiber fabrics, this softener can evenly penetrate the yarns of the textiles, forming an oxidized polyethylene film around the yarns. This results in a soft and smooth feel of the finished fabric. It also improves the physical properties of the fabric, reduces wear and tear, enhances tear resistance, and has no effect on friction color fastness or wet wash fastness. It increases the crease recovery angle and can be used with various additives in resin finishing and general finishing processes.

Packaging and Storage
Tonnage drums, 200kg drums, 50kg plastic drums.
Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area.
