Performance and Applications
1. This series of products is soluble in general organic solvents and forms a colloid in water.
2. Used as antistatic agents, emulsifiers, rewetting agents, and lubricants. Suitable for insecticides and herbicides, oil additive agents, textile lubricants. Also serves as an emulsifier for water-based inks and cosmetics.
3. Di-(β-hydroxyethyl) coconut amine is used as an internal antistatic agent for polypropylene and ABS. It is also employed as an antistatic and corrosion inhibitor in steam generators and recirculation systems.
4. Di-(β-hydroxyethyl)stear胺 is a plastic-specific antistatic agent, used as an internal antistatic agent for polyethylene and polyethylene-propylene nitrile, offering good compatibility, heat resistance, and stability. Its non-toxic properties are notably significant, mainly used in packaging films, daily plastic containers, mining plastic pipes, polypropylene fibers, etc. For example: 0.25 part is added to 100 parts of high-pressure polyethylene.
This product (contains 55% by weight of additives) is used to manufacture mining pipes, with the surface resistance stabilized at 10.8Ω, meets the technical requirements for mining pipe materials. The inner drum of a washer, made by adding 0.3~0.5% of this product (containing 55% by weight of auxiliary materials) to polypropylene resin, resists staining and is easy to clean. It also serves as an oil emulsifying agent with corrosion resistance properties.
5. Di-(β-hydroxyethyl)stearamine is used as an internal antistatic agent for polyethylene. Dosage: 0.5~2%.
Packaging and Storage
200Kg iron drum, 50Kg plastic drum packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
