Performance and Application
1. AC-1203 is used as a dispersant, antistatic agent, and softening finisher in textiles, and can also serve as a latex stabilizer and acid corrosion inhibitor.
2. AC-1202, AC-1205, AC-1210, AC-1215 are used in pesticides for insecticide and herbicide formulation, as antistatic agents and emulsifiers for lubricants in the textile industry, and can also serve as additives for oils and fats, as well as in water-based inks and cosmetics.
3. The AC-1210 is particularly suitable as an antistatic additive for ship electrostatic painting, reducing resistance and replacing high-voltage paint spraying processes, thereby improving working conditions. In adhesive textile applications, it serves as a dispersant for inorganic salts, and in industrial lubrication, it acts as an emulsifier for fats and oils.
4. AC-1215, when used in artificial fiber spinning, can prevent mud buildup on the nozzle and enhance the transparency of alkaline fibers by adding it to the spinning bath.
Packaging and Storage
200Kg iron drums, 50Kg plastic drums packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
