Performance & Applications
O-3 and O-5 are readily soluble in oils and organic solvents. They can be used as W/O emulsifiers, fiber softeners, and silk post-treatment agents.
2. O-8, O-9, O-10, O-15, O-20, O-30 are easily soluble in water and organic solvents, stable to acids, bases, and hard water. They offer excellent wetting, emulsifying, and cleaning properties.
3. O-8 and O-9 can be used as leveling agents, retarders, emulsifiers in the glass fiber industry, components of fiber spinning oils, emulsifiers for cosmetics and soft cream production, and for formulating household and industrial cleaning agents. O-10, in the fiber industry, is a component of various fiber spinning oils with good spinnability; in general industry, it acts as an emulsifier with excellent emulsifying properties for animal, vegetable, and mineral oils, resulting in highly stable emulsions; it can also be used to prepare household detergents, industrial cleaners, and metal cleaners; in the textile industry, it serves as a wetting agent; and in the pesticide industry, it is a component of emulsifiers. O-15 has good scouring properties; in the dyeing and printing industry, it acts as a leveling and retarder to enhance color fastness and produce bright, attractive colors; as a cleaner in metal processing, it easily removes surface oil污, facilitating subsequent processing; in general industry, it serves as an emulsifier to produce highly stable emulsions. O-20 possesses properties such as diffusion, leveling, wetting, and foaming, with good affinity for direct and还原 dyes; in the textile industry, it is used as a leveling agent, dispersant, desizing agent, retarder, half-inkproof agent for printing, anti-whitening agent, and brightener; it has unique emulsifying properties for stearic acid, paraffin, and mineral oils, and can be used as an emulsifier in latex industry, polymerization reactions of macromolecular emulsions, and glass fiber lubricants; it effectively removes dirt accumulated on fabrics due to dye decomposition; it is a component of spinning oils for polyester and other synthetic fibers; it is used as a raw material in the production of paint paste A, adhesive FD, and rubber BA in chemical production; and as a wool wash and fruit tree pesticide penetrant.
4. O-30 can be mixed with various surfactants, offering excellent dispersion and emulsifying properties. It is used as a leveling agent, retarder, glass fiber emulsifier, and industrial cleaner in the dyeing and printing industry.
Packaging and Storage
200kg iron drums, 50kg plastic drums packaging. This series is non-toxic, non-flammable, and stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
