Performance & Applications
1. O-3 and O-5 are easily soluble in oils and organic solvents. They can be used as W/O emulsifiers, fiber softeners, and silk post-treatment agents.
2. O-8, O-9, O-10, O-15, O-20, O-25, O-30 are easily soluble in water and organic solvents, stable to acids, alkalis, and hard water. They offer excellent wetting, emulsifying, and cleaning properties.
3. O-8 and O-9 can be used as leveling agents, dyeing retardants, emulsifiers in the glass fiber industry, component of fiber spinning oils, and emulsifiers for cosmetics and soft cream production, and are used in the formulation of household and industrial cleaning agents. O-10 serves as a component in various fiber spinning oils in the fiber industry, offering excellent纺性; in general industry, it functions as an emulsifier with superior emulsifying properties for animal, plant, and mineral oils, and the prepared emulsions are highly stable. It can also be used to make household detergents, industrial cleaners, metal cleaners; as a wetting agent in the textile industry; and as a component in emulsifiers in the pesticide industry. O-15 boasts excellent scouring properties.
As a leveling agent and retarder in the dyeing industry, it enhances color fastness and offers bright, attractive shades.
Used as a cleaner in metal processing, it easily removes surface oil stains and facilitates subsequent processing; commonly used as an emulsifier in general industry, producing extremely stable emulsions. O-20 possesses properties such as diffusion, even dyeing, wetting, and foaming, and has excellent affinity for direct and还原染料; in the textile industry, it serves as an even dyeing agent, diffusion agent, desizing agent, dyeing retardant, half-resistant printing agent, anti-whitening agent, and brightener; it has unique emulsifying properties for stearic acid, paraffin, mineral oil, etc., and can be used as an emulsifier in latex industry, polymerization reactions of high molecular weight emulsions, and glass fiber lubricants; it effectively removes dirt accumulated on fabrics due to dye decomposition, reducing the fabric's static effect; it is a component of spinning oils for polyester and other synthetic fibers; used as raw material for paint paste A, adhesive FD, and rubber BA in chemical production; and as a wool washing agent and fruit tree pesticide penetrant.
4. O-30 can be mixed with various surfactants, offering excellent dispersion and emulsifying properties. It is used as a leveling agent, retarder, glass fiber emulsifier, and industrial detergent in the dyeing and printing industry.
Packaging and Storage
O-3, O-5, O-8, O-9, O-10, O-15, and O-20 are packaged in 200 kg iron/plastic drums, and 50 kg plastic drums. O-25, O-30, O-50, and O-80 come in 25 kg kraft paper bags.
This product series is stored and transported according to general chemical storage and transportation guidelines. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
