Name: Microcomputer Grey Melting Point Determinator
Model: BYHRD-5A
The Microcomputer Grey Melting Point Determinator utilizes a microcomputer for automatic control of the grey fusion process. A camera captures the grey cone image, which is then displayed at a designated location on the computer monitor through image processing technology. The furnace temperature changes are regulated and controlled by a front-end single-chip microcomputer using PID control, and the temperature is transmitted to the microcomputer system via a serial port, displaying time-temperature images. Upon completion of the test, the user can choose to print the grey cone result image and corresponding temperature data, or save the result file. The test process images and temperature are automatically saved, and cleared after the next test begins. This instrument is widely applicable in industries such as power, coal, cement, and metallurgy, and is currently at the forefront of technology domestically.
Key Features:
1.1 Microcomputer automatic temperature rise control, with temperature rise characteristics in compliance with national standard GB219-96.
1.2 The gray cone image is displayed in the image acquisition area of the microcomputer monitor.
