The embossed paving overcomes the drawbacks of traditional colored paving slabs, such as poor integrity, easy loosening, unevenness, and splashing mud, which inconvenience people. The colored paving, with its excellent flatness, simple craftsmanship, and strong three-dimensional texture, not only solves the problems of long construction periods, concrete cracking, hollowing, peeling, and delamination that often occur in traditional ground paving but also addresses the issues of uneven installation caused by natural materials with varying dimensions and thicknesses.

Raw materials for embossed paving include the following three types:

Color Reinforced Material: Made primarily of natural, environmentally friendly mineral aggregates and high-strength, wear-resistant cementitious materials.

Color Release Agent: A super-fine colored powder primarily used during the construction of artistic paving systems to act as a separator between molds and concrete. Additionally, the remaining release agent on the surface after washing can reflect the depth and color of the texture.

Sealant: The embossed artistic flooring is colored and reinforced on the concrete surface after the surface water has evaporated. This is done by sprinkling colored reinforcing agent (dry powder) on the concrete surface. Then, a specialized tool is used to blend the colored reinforcing agent into the concrete surface. Once the surface moisture and luster have disappeared, uniformly sprinkle the colored demolding and curing agent (dry powder) and immediately use the pre-selected mold to imprint the concrete surface, achieving various design styles, textures, and colors, with the texture of natural materials.

The precast concrete flooring involves coloring and reinforcing the concrete surface by sprinkling colored reinforcing agents on the freshly laid concrete, once the water on the surface has evaporated. Special tools are then used to blend the colored reinforcing agents into the concrete surface. Once the surface moisture and sheen have disappeared, a uniform application of colored demolding and curing agent is applied. Immediately thereafter, molds are selected and pressed onto the concrete surface to achieve various design styles, textures, and colors.
