Porous concrete revolutionizes the monotonous gray of traditional concrete, showcasing a vibrant array of colors. By using different hues, it seamlessly blends with the ground, buildings, and landscapes, creating a cozy and harmonious living environment!

Permeable concrete flooring is composed of aggregates, cement, and water. It commonly uses monomial or intermittent graded coarse aggregates as the framework, with the fine aggregate content generally controlled within 20% of the total aggregates. Cement options include silicate cement, ordinary silicate cement, and slag silicate cement; admixtures are selected from the special reinforcing agents produced by Shanghai Jingqi Landscape Technology Co., Ltd.

When adding materials, first place cement, admixtures, and coarse aggregates, then add half the water amount, mix for 30 seconds; next, add additives, mix for 60 seconds; then add the remaining water, mix for 120 seconds before discharge. Permeable paving has been researched and applied in the United States since the late 1970s and 1980s. Many countries are promoting it extensively, such as Germany, which expects to convert 90% of its roads to permeable paving in the short term. This change aims to alter the past ground coverings that破坏 urban ecosystems, yielding wide social benefits for permeable paving surfaces.

Porous concrete flooring installation
a. Subgrade Treatment: Clean the subgrade surface ensuring it is free of dust, twigs, paper debris, and other debris. The surface should be moistened before laying.
b. Fabric: When laying permeable paving, consider the vibration compacted reserved height. When using manual fabric for permeable paving, use a shovel to turn over, and throw is strictly prohibited. If the laying time of permeable paving exceeds 30 minutes or during strong wind conditions, cover the concrete on site with plastic sheeting to prevent rapid evaporation of the permeable paving moisture.
c. Vibrating Compaction: After the plain color permeable floor fabric is completed, it is leveled with a trowel and then compacted using a flat vibratory compactor. Once the compaction is done, lay the colored permeable floor or colored aggregate permeable concrete over the surface, level it again, promptly add any missing materials, and use specialized permeable floor equipment to vibrate and level the surface until it is flush with the formwork.
d. Surface finishing: Promptly finish the edges of permeable concrete after rolling, fill and finish areas where material is missing, and for lower sections, spray an even layer of water first, then add material for finishing.
e. After the permeable concrete is exposed aggregate, once the surface is smooth and compactness meets the requirements, spray and brush the surface evenly with a cleaning agent, then cover it with plastic film; 6-8 hours after spraying (depending on weather conditions), use a high-pressure water jet to rinse the surface, ensuring the cleaning agent is thoroughly cleaned without any loss of aggregate.
f. Maintenance: After the surface finishing of the permeable pavement, it should be watered lightly and covered with a plastic film for maintenance. The maintenance period is the same as that for normal concrete. During the maintenance period, barriers should be set around the road surface, and it is strictly prohibited to walk or drive on it.
