The complete set of engineering materials for embossed paving includes: multi-color reinforced powder, colorful demolding powder, various graphic molds, surface protectants, etc. We have developed a unique light color system and dual-color demolding powder, technically breaking through the bottleneck of traditional products' dull colors. The colors are vibrant, the tones blend naturally, complementing each other, elevating the quality to an artistic level.

The raw materials for embossed paving include the following three types:
Color Reinforced Material: Made primarily of natural, environmentally friendly mineral aggregates and high-strength, wear-resistant cementitious materials.
Color Release Agent: A super-fine colored powder, primarily used in the construction process of artistic flooring systems to isolate molds from concrete. Additionally, the remaining color release agent on the surface after washing can reflect the depth and color of the texture.
Sealant: The embossed artistic flooring is colored and strengthened on the laid concrete surface after the water from the concrete surface has evaporated. This is done by sprinkling dry colored reinforcing agent (powder) onto the surface. Then, a special tool is used to blend the colored reinforcing agent into the concrete surface. Once the surface moisture and sheen have disappeared, a uniform sprinkling of colored demolding and curing agent (powder) is applied, followed immediately by pressing a pre-selected mold onto the concrete surface to achieve various designs, textures, and colors, resembling the texture of natural materials.

Decorative paving applications: squares, hotels, villas, garden communities, amusement parks, parking lots, landscaping, and all indoor and outdoor road surfaces; avoids inherent defects of regular tiles: prone to fading, uneven, easily loose, slippery in rain, moss in gaps, and insect nests, etc.
