This series of high-speed, high-efficiency CNC hobbing machines processes cylindrical straight gears, cylindrical helical gears (spur gears, disk gears), worm gears, small cone gears, drum gears, spline shafts, sprockets, synchronous belt pulleys, and other special gear types. The machine tools are primarily cast with double-wall and high ribbed plate structural design, which, after finite element analysis, ensures both the overall rigidity and stability of the machine tool.
• Machining centers are available in three configurations: 5-axis, 6-axis, and 7-axis.
• The tool holder features hydraulic automatic tensioning and relaxation, making it convenient for users to change tools and significantly reduces the time required for tool adjustment.
• The X and Z axes feature a high-rigidity hard rail structure, offering exceptional precision and rigidity.
• The C-axis features a high-precision torque motor direct drive, ensuring the precision of the worktable indexing while allowing users to freely choose between high-precision models or high-efficiency models based on process requirements.
• The Y-axis is driven directly by a servo motor, ensuring precise tooling accuracy and extending the tool life, while also guaranteeing the overall cutting rigidity of the machine tool.
• Top-grade guide ways feature high-precision linear guides, powered by hydraulic cylinders to drive the point movement, ensuring the precision of the guide way and the ease of machine adjustment.
• The processing area is equipped with stainless steel inner protection, completely separating the processing area for easy chip removal.
• Optional precision secondary knife setting device for precise secondary hard scraping of hard gears.
• Equipped with a rotating tip to prevent wear on the center hole when using a fixed tip, and improves the rotation accuracy of the tip.
• Optional automatic loading and unloading, and chamfering machine automation integration.
