Composition

This unit is composed of the main cabin, rotating worktable, sand and water recycling system, sand blasting gun track system, air system, and electrical control system. (The main body is made of fiberglass.)

Processing Applicability Range

1) Suitable for liquid shot blasting (bead) processing.

2) Single and small batch shot peening services for cleaning rough surfaces of precision castings, removing scale, eliminating fine burrs on machined parts, cleaning oil污渍 and rust from workpieces, decorative matte finishing, frosted glass products and patterns, sanding of instrument panel surfaces, and improving the functional performance of mechanical components.
