Composition

This unit consists of the main cabin, rotating worktable, sand-water circulating system, spray gun sand path system, airway system, waste abrasive collection system, and electrical control system. (The main body is made of 3mm steel plate, with electrostatic powder coating on the surface.)

Processing Applicability Range

1) Suitable for liquid shot peening processing.

2) Suitable for single piece and small batch sandblasting processing of small and medium-sized parts, including cleaning rough surfaces of precision castings, removing scale, eliminating burrs from machined parts, cleaning oil stains and rust from workpieces, finishing for decorative surfaces with matte finish, sandblasting of frosted glass products and patterns, processing of sandblasted surfaces on instrument panels, and improving the service performance of mechanical components.
