(2) Chains within the same series have identical inner and outer heights, as well as pitch. The inner width and bend radius R of the chain can be selected from different options.

(3) Each link consists of left and right chain plates, as well as top and bottom covers. Each section of the drag chain can be opened easily for assembly and disassembly, without the need for wiring. After lifting the cover, cables, oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, and other items can be placed into the drag chain.

(3) Speed and High Speed: High speed up to 5 meters per second, high acceleration up to 5 meters per second (actual speed and acceleration depend on operational conditions).

(4) Service Life: Up to 5 million reciprocating cycles under normal overhead conditions (specific lifespan depends on operating conditions).

Testing Method:

2. Parameter Verification

When a failure occurs, it is essential to promptly check the system parameters. These parameters are generally stored in a bubble memory or in CMOS RAM that requires battery maintenance.

Should the battery run low or if external interference and other factors cause individual parameters of the plastic conduit to be lost or altered, chaos may ensue, rendering the machine tool inoperable.

At this point, the fault can be resolved by verifying and correcting the parameters.

3. Visual Inspection

It is a method used by maintenance personnel, where, during fault diagnosis, observations and inspections are conducted from the outside in sequentially. Note any missing parts.

4. Function Testing

The Functional Program Testing Method involves programming the G, M, S, T, and F functions of a numerical control system into a functional test program and storing it on the appropriate medium, such as paper tape and magnetic tape.

Run this program during the fault diagnosis of plastic conduit chains to quickly determine the possible causes of the failure.
