The steel telescopic guide rail protector is made of high-quality 2-3mm thick steel plate cold-formed, and can also be made of stainless steel upon request. The special surface polishing adds additional value.
We offer corresponding guide rail protection types (horizontal, vertical, inclined, transverse) for all types of machine tools.
Our protective covers feature different structures based on the operating speed and the type of guide rail. For speeds below 10m/min, we use polyamide or brass sliders.
Our equipment under a medium speed of 30m/min is fitted with roller bearings. Additionally, a buffer system is required between the driving plate, chip scraper, and dust collection plate. The purpose of the slider buffer system is to reduce collisions, noise, and friction.
