Artificial Stone Lively Flooring, crafted with artistic techniques, visually dominates ground design! Rich in design, it shapes a variety of colors and patterns to suit your preferences, reflecting the era's characteristics while showcasing unique individuality, exuding a natural artistic charm.

Modern architecture emphasizes creative multi-element designs, often with thematic colors. These require thematic floor designs, which the introduction of gravel polymer flooring has filled the gap for, making road designs more distinctive. When paired with the surrounding environment, they showcase a natural and unique artistic style.

Gravel polymer concrete is a composite pavement made by professionally polymerizing various aggregates such as colored gravel, quartz sand, colored inorganic iron oxide pigments, gel reinforcement additives, and colorless transparent polyurethane sealants. It requires a professional construction team and the use of exposed aggregate retarding agent technology to wash away the surface, revealing the natural color of the stone particles.

Gravel polymerProcess Classification:
1. Gravel concrete surface brushing: Drag a clean stiff-bristled brush over the plastic surface to achieve even stripes, forming a brushed finish. The direction of the stripes on adjacent panels should be interlaced.
1) Light surface cleaning: Made by brushing with medium to high hardness synthetic bristles.
2) Medium Surface Sweep: Achieved by sweeping with medium to high stiffness palm bristles.
3) Heavy-duty surface cleaning: Achieved by sweeping with a high-hardness palm brush or wire brush.
2. Gravel Concrete Sponge Troweling: Compared to smooth troweling, it has a slightly rougher texture, achieved by troweling the surface with a sponge or rubber trowel, leaving a radiating troweling pattern. Or, please consult the owner for artistic guidance to determine the required troweling pattern.
3. Smooth, hard, and dense surface of gravel concrete steel trowel or spatula: free from any marks left by trowels, smoothing trowels, grooving trowels, and edging trowels. This should be done after the concrete has been troweled and only when the concrete surface is free of moisture during the smoothing process.
4. Smooth Troweled Gravel Concrete Surface: Offers a relatively smooth finish with textures that provide sufficient slip resistance. Apply using a wooden or metal trowel in continuous circular patterns to leave fine textures. Alternatively, consult with the client for artistic guidance to determine the desired troweling patterns.
