Decorative stamped concrete, a colored concrete hardener composed of special wear-resistant mineral aggregates, high-grade cement, inorganic pigments, and polymer additives, creates a strikingly unique stone texture and rich color effects through processes such as stamping, finishing, and sealing treatment.

The process of forming cement textured paving with wood grain patterns:
Trowel finishing on concrete surface: Apply a 1cm layer of cement slurry on the concrete surface before initial setting, then use a hand trowel to evenly spread and level the mortar, creating a textured finish.
2. Apply hardening material: Spread 2/3 of the specified amount of hardener evenly over the concrete surface in the initial setting stage. After the hardening material absorbs moisture, use a hand ironing tool to level and finish the initial work. Once the hardening material has reached a certain stage of initial setting, proceed with the second application of 1/3 of the material to level and smooth the surface.
3. Leveling and Finishing Hardening Materials: Perform at least three manual iron plate leveling operations based on the concrete hardening condition, with the finishing operations to be staggered.
4. Apply release agent: Once the hardening material has reached a certain initial setting stage and the surface is dry with no visible moisture, evenly spread a layer of release agent compatible with the hardening material.
5. Mold patterns, ensuring the mold remains flat and stationary. The pattern must be formed in a single pass without re-pressing.
6. Accommodate various design styles, textures, and colors, including interplay of multiple colors.

Artistic embossed flooring materials are suitable for indoor ground installation and decorative materials. We usually opt for traditional tiles or wooden flooring, but these materials are difficult to maintain later on and are hard to match with suitable replacements once damaged. They are ground materials with strong artistic appeal and special decorative requirements. It is a highly wear-resistant material that contains special mineral aggregates, inorganic pigments, and additives, ready for immediate use.

Artistic embossed paving has the advantages of easy installation, one-time molding, long service life, quick construction, easy repair, and resistance to fading. It also addresses the shortcomings of ordinary colored paving bricks, such as poor integrity, unevenness, tendency to loosen, and short service life.

Artistic embossed flooring is laid by sprinkling colored composite powder on cast-in-place concrete, then pressed with molds to create various textures. Its effect mimics granite, marble, slate, wood, and bricks, offering not only artistic expressiveness unattainable by traditional materials, but also ample creative room for designers. Additionally, it boasts traits like corrosion resistance, anti-slip, and wear resistance that a single concrete surface lacks.
