Step-by-Step Instructions for Decorative Paving Installation
Trowel finish treatment on concrete surface: Before the concrete surface starts to set, apply a 1cm layer of cement slurry, then use a hand trowel to evenly spread and level the mortar on the concrete surface, creating a textured finish.2. Sprinkle hardening material: Evenly spread 2/3 of the specified hardener on the concrete surface in the initial setting stage, using a manual trowel to level and finish the surface after the hardening material absorbs moisture. Once the hardening material reaches a certain stage of initial setting, perform the second operation of sprinkling the remaining 1/3 material, leveling, and finishing. ***
3. Leveling and Finishing Hardening Materials: Perform at least three manual iron plate leveling and finishing operations based on the concrete hardening condition, with the finishing operations to be alternated.
4. Apply Release Agent: During a certain initial setting stage of the hardening material, evenly sprinkle a layer of matching release agent over the surface when it is dry and free of visible moisture.
5. Mold patterns are pressed, ensuring the mold remains fixed and flat. The pattern must be formed in one go without any re-pressing.
6. Offer a variety of design styles, textures, and colors, including interplay of multiple colors.
Post-curing and requirements for molded flooring:
1. Installation of hardening molded flooring materials typically occurs outdoors and should be avoided during rainy or windy weather. The construction environment temperature should generally be above 5 degrees Celsius on average daily temperatures.
2. Surface Cleaning of Floor: Wait at least 3-4 days after the curing and stamping floor has completely dried and solidified before cleaning the surface with water or detergent. Ensure that the cleaning is ***uniform across the entire floor to prevent uneven coloration.
3. Apply sealant: After the cleaned and cured flooring surface is completely dry and free of moisture for at least one day, apply the liquid glossy agent to achieve maintenance and enhance luster, making the decorative stamped flooring surface resistant to pollution and slip, and further reinforcing it. Upon completion, the decorative stamped flooring, in addition to its excellent decorative properties, also boasts very stable physical performance.
4. The maintenance stage of the stamped concrete must prevent casual entry of personnel or any construction operations for other projects. The materials and tools include: colored reinforcing agents, coloring demolding powder, protective agents, stamping and paper mold molds, special tools, etc.
