The 1100L lithium salt drum boasts advantages such as hygiene, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, pressure discharge, durability, and ease of long-distance transportation. This series is primarily used as containers for lithium battery chemical raw materials.

1. Product material is selected with corrosion-resistant and acidic-resistant SUS316L and SUS304 stainless steel.

2. Welded using a fully automatic argon arc welding machine, the welds are smooth and clean with no slag, spatter, or pores, offering excellent tightness and capable of withstanding a pressure of 0.6 Mpa.

3. Our developed electrolytic polishing process can thoroughly remove the blue and red stains caused by welding during the container's manufacturing process. It fundamentally resolves the issue of the interior brightness, allowing both the weld and the barrel to achieve a mirror-like finish. This ensures the product's long-term and safe use.
