I. Product Overview of QJ Type Submersible Deep Well Pump
The QJ submersible deep well pump is a power-saving product designed according to national standards, widely used in agricultural irrigation, water supply and drainage for industrial and mining enterprises, as well as for human and animal water needs in plateau and mountainous areas. This type of pump consists of an integrated submersible QJ pump and YqS type submersible motor, working underwater. It features simple structure, small size, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, as well as safe, reliable, and energy-efficient operation.
Section II: Product Features of QJ Type Submersible Deep Well Pumps
1. Submersible deep well pumps are centrifugal or mixed-flow type; they feature water-lubricated bearings and are rigidly connected to the motor with a coupling. The impeller of the deep well pump rotates under the motor's power, generating centrifugal force to increase the liquid's energy, which is then lifted by the pump casing's guidance. An anti-reversal valve body is installed at the top of the pump to prevent damage to the working parts due to backflow in the suction pipe when the electric pump is shut down. The valve has a drain hole to slowly release water from the pipeline, preventing pipe cracking in winter. (Note: Low-lift submersible pumps do not have an anti-reversal valve body.)
2. The motor of the submersible deep well pump features a sealed, water-filled, wet-type structure. The motor stator windings are insulated with waterproof polyethylene and electromagnetic wire with a nylon sheath in a multi-layered structure. Both the guide bearing and thrust bearing are made of water-lubricated materials. The motor is filled with fresh water internally, which serves to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings. The motor bottom is equipped with a pressure-regulating membrane to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the internal fresh water caused by the motor temperature rise. The upper shaft of the motor is fitted with a sand prevention mechanism to prevent silt and sand from entering the interior of the motor.
3. Submersible deep well pump piping section: Used to connect the electric pump, allowing it to be suspended in the well, and to transport water to the surface. It is mainly composed of short discharge pipes, discharge pipes, elbows, and clamps, etc. The short discharge pipe serves as a transition component connecting the discharge pipeline to the electric pump. Elbows are installed at the wellhead to alter the direction of water flow. Clamps are used during the installation of the deep well pump to hoist and secure the discharge pipeline.
