I. Product Overview of QJ Type Submersible Deep Well Pump
The QJ type submersible deep well pump is an energy-saving product designed according to national standards, widely used in agricultural irrigation, water supply and drainage for industrial and mining enterprises, and for human and animal water usage in plateau and mountainous areas. This model pump consists of an integrated submersible QJ pump and YqS type submersible motor, working submerged underwater. It features simple structure, compact size, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, as well as safe, reliable, and energy-efficient operation.
Section II: Product Features of the QJ Type Submersible Deep Well Pump
1. Submersible deep well pumps are centrifugal or mixed flow type; they utilize water-lubricated bearings and are rigidly connected to the motor via a coupling. The impeller of the deep well pump rotates under the motor's drive, generating centrifugal force to increase the liquid's energy, which is then lifted by the pump casing's guidance. An anti-reverse valve body is installed at the top of the pump to prevent damage to the working components due to backflow in the suction pipe when the electric pump is shut down. The valve features a drain hole, allowing water in the pipeline to be gradually released, preventing pipeline cracking during winter. (Note: Low-lift submersible pumps do not have an anti-reverse valve body)
2. The motor of the submersible deep well pump features an enclosed, water-filled, wet-type structure. The stator winding is insulated with waterproof polyethylene and the electromagnetic wire is sheathed with a multi-layer nylon structure. Both the guide bearing and thrust bearing are made of water-lubricating materials. The motor is filled with fresh water for cooling the motor and lubricating the bearings. A pressure regulating diaphragm is installed at the bottom of the motor to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the internal fresh water caused by the motor's temperature rise. A sand prevention mechanism is mounted on the upper shaft of the motor to prevent silt and sand from entering the interior of the body.
3. Submersible deep well pump pipeline section: Used to connect the electric pump, allowing it to be suspended in the well, and to transport water to the surface. Composed mainly of short delivery pipes, delivery pipes, elbows, flanges, etc. The short outlet pipe serves as the transition component connecting the delivery pipeline to the electric pump. Elbows are installed at the wellhead to alter the water flow direction. Flanges are used for suspending and securing the outlet pipeline during the installation of the deep well pump.
