Primary Uses:
1. ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, designed for conveying clear water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clear water. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water boosting, garden sprinkling, fire-fighting water boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC cooling and heating circulation, and bathroom water circulation boosting, with operating temperature T<80°C.
2. The IRG vertical hot water pump is suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as for boiler high-temperature hot water boost circulation in restaurants, bathhouses, hotels, etc. It is used for urban housing heating circulation pumps with a temperature below 120°C.
3. The GRG vertical high-temperature centrifugal pump is widely used in: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, papermaking, as well as in hotels, bathrooms, and hotels for high-temperature hot water boosting and circulation for boilers, and for heating circulation in urban residential housing, with operating temperatures below 240°C.
4. The IHG type vertical single-stage stainless steel centrifugal pump is designed for conveying liquids that are free of solid particles, corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food & pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with operating temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 120℃.
5. YG model pipeline oil pump, designed for transferring gasoline, diesel, and other petroleum products, with a medium temperature range of -20℃ to +120℃.
6. The IHGB type vertical explosion-proof stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for transferring flammable chemical liquids.
7. ISGD, IRGD, GRGD, IHGH, YGD, IHGBD vertical low-speed centrifugal pumps, suitable for applications with stringent environmental noise requirements and air conditioning circulation systems.
Product Features:
The IHGB vertical stainless steel explosion-proof centrifugal pump features a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters aligned on a single centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, boasting a compact and aesthetically pleasing design with minimal floor space and low construction costs. With a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor's long shaft, featuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is optimized, effectively balancing radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring smooth pump performance with minimal vibration and low noise.
3. Axial seals utilize mechanical seals or a combination of them, incorporating imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing. This effectively extends the service life of the mechanical seals.
4. Easy installation and maintenance; no need to dismantle the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump coupling saddle nut to remove all rotor components.
5. Pumps can be utilized in series or parallel configurations according to the required flow rate and head.
6. Pumps can be installed in either vertical or horizontal orientation to meet the requirements of pipeline layout.
Work Conditions:
1. The IHGB vertical stainless steel explosion-proof centrifugal pump has an inlet suction pressure of ≤1.0 MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤1.6 MPa, which means the sum of the inlet pressure and pump head is ≤1.6 MPa. The static test pressure of the pump is ≤2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the working pressure of the pump system exceeds 1.6 MPa, it should be mentioned separately when ordering to ensure cast steel material is used for the overflow and connection parts during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 40%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1 times the volume, with particle size less than 0.2mm.
Note: If using a medium with fine particles, please specify at the time of order so that our factory can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
