Features and Applications:
PNJ and PNJF series pumps are single-stage, single-suction, centrifugal rubber-lined pumps designed for conveying slurry containing non-pointed solid particles. The maximum slurry concentration that can be transported is not more than 65% (by weight), and the temperature should not exceed 60°C. Both pump types have the same structural design but differ in materials; the PNJF type is specifically designed for corrosive slurry transportation. The pump shafts of PNJ and PNJF models are made of high-quality carbon steel and nickel-chromium steel, respectively, with sleeves made of wear-resistant rubber, acid-resistant rubber, and steel. The impellers are made of cast steel frames (25PN and 25PNJF models have cast iron frames) lined with wear-resistant rubber, acid-resistant rubber, and rubber. PNJ and PNJF pumps feature two different sealing structures: stuffing box and auxiliary impeller (25PNJ and 25PNJF models have only an auxiliary impeller sealing structure). The sealing structure is generally supplied with a stuffing box. If an auxiliary impeller seal is chosen, it must be specified during ordering. When using an auxiliary impeller seal, the inlet filling height should not exceed 5 meters of water column (for 25PNJ and 25PNJF models, not more than 1.5 meters of water column). The discharge outlets of 2PNJB and 2PNJFB can be rotated to different directions at 45° intervals. The discharge outlets of 4PNJFB can be rotated to different directions within a 270° range at 45° intervals. The discharge outlets of 6PNJB and 6PNJFB can be rotated to different directions within a 270° range at 30° intervals. The discharge outlets of 25PNJ and 25PNJF can be rotated to different directions at 90° intervals; unless otherwise specified, the supply is always vertical to the outlet. The pump rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the drive direction.
