ISG Type Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump Overview:
The ISG series single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is a result of our technical personnel, in collaboration with domestic pump experts, selecting superior domestic hydraulic models and incorporating the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump. It is cleverly designed on the basis of general vertical pumps, and has been derived from the ISG model for applications in hot water and high-temperature conditions based on different operating temperatures and media. This series of pipeline centrifugal pumps boasts high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance. It complies with the latest national standard JB/T53058-93 of the Mechanical Industry Department. The products are designed and manufactured according to the international ISO 2858 standard and passed the unified inspection of pipeline pump products by the National Mechanical Industry Department in 1993.
Section II: Features of ISG Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pumps:
1. The centrifugal pump for pipelines features a vertical structure, with identical inlet and outlet diameters aligned on a single centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, boasts a compact and aesthetically pleasing design, occupies minimal floor space, requires low construction investment, and can be used outdoors with a protective cover.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, featuring a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing arrangement is optimized, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation. This ensures smooth pump operation with minimal vibration and noise.
3. Axial seals are equipped with mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, utilizing imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-duty high-temperature mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant sealing, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seals.
4. Pipeline centrifugal pump is easy to install and maintain; no need to dismantle the pipeline system. Simply remove the pump base nut to remove all rotor components.
5. Centrifugal pumps can be operated in series or parallel configurations to meet specific flow and head requirements.
6. Pumps can be installed vertically or horizontally, according to the requirements of the pipeline layout.
