I. Product Overview:
The GF type stainless steel single screw pump operates on the principle of reciprocating meshing volumetric. Its main working components are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed sleeve (stator). Due to their unique geometric configurations, these two components respectively form separate sealed cavities. The medium flows uniformly in an axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, and the volume remains constant. The pressure is stable, thus preventing the formation of eddies and turbulence. Each stage of the pump outputs a pressure of 0.6Mpa, with a head of 60m (clean water), self-priming height generally at 6m, suitable for transporting media with temperatures below 80℃ (special requirements can reach 150℃).
II. Product Features:
The GF type stainless steel single screw pump, due to the stator being made of various elastic materials, possesses unique characteristics for conveying high-viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or fibrous materials, which are not suitable for general pumps. Its flow rate is proportional to the speed. Transmission can be achieved through a coupling for direct drive, or by using a variable-speed motor, V-belt, and transmission box for speed adjustment. This pump has few parts, a compact structure, a small size, easy maintenance, and the rotor and stator are the easily damaged components, with a simple design for easy assembly and disassembly.
III. Model Significance:
