The cardboard boxes, after being sealed with the initial adaptive cover sealing machine and a single-line automatic sealing machine, are then fed into the 90-degree corner machine. Pushed by the pusher plate into the corner sealing machine, the machine automatically adjusts its width and height based on the box specifications upon photoelectric detection, completing the corner sealing with the corner sealing machine, ultimately achieving a perfect T-seal. Suitable for sealing multiple boxes simultaneously.

This unit is equipped with PLC control, offering stable performance and higher automation, primarily suitable for unmanned assembly lines, but also operable as a standalone machine.
