Pavement Stamping Construction Technique

1. Subgrade Treatment: The surface should be leveled and compacted to achieve the specified compaction density.

2. Pour concrete into the same color and mold type construction area, and smooth it with a tool. Consider the water drainage slope to avoid water accumulation.

3. Before the concrete begins to set, level the concrete with a trowel, and evenly spread the colored inks according to the specified quantity two to three times using the sprinkling method. Each time, smooth and finish the surface with the trowel.

4. Apply release agent evenly over the concrete surface according to specified quantities.

5. Arrange and lay out the specified mold patterns on the concrete surface, then proceed with the embossing process.

6. Maintain the finished floor, typically ready for use after 72 hours at 25°C.
