The Yongxusheng warping machine is equipped with an electronic double-end detection device, which can detect double yarns without breaking and automatically stop the machine, thereby improving fabric quality. Performance of YXS-A Type Automatic Weft Insertion Machine:
The YXS-A automatic warping machine can reach a weaving speed of 140 threads per minute. All YXS-A warping machines are modular in design. Each machine can be customized according to the specific needs of the customer and configurations can be added later. On the basis of the standard model, users can choose the required configurations. Depending on the actual production needs of the company, the warp beam can reach up to 16 pages for O-type and 20 pages for J, C-type.
The YXS-A weft insertion device can pass the warp through the stopper, reed, and reed beam in just one process. It is almost applicable to all types of reeds, and the significant feature of the reed and stopper is that no auxiliary method (such as: stopping the knife blade movement, clips, etc.) is needed to separate them. It can be used with both standard and double reed beams, as well as those for air-jet looms, and has a wide range of yarn counts.
