I. Operation Precautions for Pipe Cutting Machines:

1. Place the machine on a solid foundation and level it for smooth operation.

2. Ensure the saw blade safety guard is securely in place before starting the machine.

3. Always turn off the main power before installing or replacing blades.

4. When installing the blades, ensure the direction of the teeth aligns with the arrow on the safety guard.

5. Check the oil level of the nozzle before use and ensure the oil level is above the 1/2 mark on the oil gauge.

6. Keep the pipe level when clamping and securely fasten it to the vise; otherwise, the blade may be damaged.

7. Do not continue cutting with dull blades to avoid damaging them.
